Dr Buari Osman, is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), board certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
He completed his Nephrology Fellowship at The George Washington University Hospital, Washington DC in 1996 after which he worked as clinical nephrologist affiliated with the University hospital.
In 2001, he established his private nephrology practice: Nephrology Associates, LLC in Maryland USA serving the Washington DC metro area. His main interests are in the area of progressive chronic kidney disease and hypertension.
He also currently serves as medical director for three Maryland dialysis centers separately owned by the largest dialysis organizations in the USA.
Dr. Osman is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (ACP) as well as member of the American Society of Nephrology (ASN) and Renal Physician Association (RPA).
He is married with two children.
